This is a project by Ian Ion, most famous from Koxbox and Saiko-Pod, which blends goa trance with krishna worship. Or as discogs put it:

This is what discogs write:
The Bhaktivedanta Book Trust (BBT), based in Sweden, is the largest publisher of books on Vaishnavism and Bhakti-Yoga, or devotional service to Krishna.

Originally publishing CDs with devotional songs, the record label of BBT also started releasing a couple of (partly Krishna themed) goa & trance records when Harikesa Swami (Robert Campagnola, a former initiating spiritual master of ISKCon) was chairman and trustee of the Bhaktivedanta Book Trust International.

However, these activities were not endorsed by the Governing Body Commission (GBC) of the ISKCon (International Society for Krishna Consciousness). In a letter to their former guru Harikesa Swami one of his disciples writes "Why did you not stop making your 'techno-music' even though the GBC had ordered you many times to stop making such music, which some of your godbrothers described as sounding like 'an Elephant having a miscarriage'?"

Not exactly heavy psychedelic, but the album has a nice feeling all over with clean melodies and some chanting going on in most songs. This is how goa trance made by hare krishnas sounds like!
